1. Using YavaFit
These terms govern your use of YavaFit, provided under the name YavaFit (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.
Our Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Our Community guidelines describe conduct expected when using social features and form part of these terms.
2. Accounts and @usernames
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Let the operator know if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share passwords or verification codes with anyone claiming to offer support.
@Usernames are unique identifiers, subject to availability and our naming rules. Do not impersonate someone, misrepresent an affiliation, or use a name that infringes another person’s rights. A username is not proof of identity, professional qualifications or endorsement. We may require a change to address abuse or legal rights.
Changing your username changes your profile URL. Older links may stop working. You remain responsible for your content and account activity.
3. Training and fitness information
Plans, demonstrations and progress tools provide general fitness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or personal supervision by a qualified professional. A plan match uses your stated preferences; it does not assess your health, injuries, technique or readiness to exercise.
Choose movements, weights and intensity appropriate to you. Start gradually, use suitable equipment and a safe environment, and stop if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. If you have a health condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern or uncertainty about suitable exercise, seek advice from a qualified health professional.
Exercise carries risks, including injury. Results vary; we do not guarantee a particular physique, weight change, performance result or completion time. Do not rely on community posts or messages as professional advice.
4. Content you share
You retain ownership of the photos, text and other content you provide. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate the service, follow your sharing choices, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. This does not transfer ownership to us or authorize unrelated advertising use of private content.
You must have the rights and any necessary permission to upload content, including permission from identifiable people in photos. Do not upload private information, unlawful content, another person’s copyrighted material without authorization, or deceptive claims about fitness outcomes.
Visibility controls affect access through the app. They cannot retract screenshots, downloaded copies or messages already received by another member. Public image URLs may remain accessible to someone who already has the link. See the visibility details before sharing.
5. Respectful and lawful use
Do not harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against other people; send unsolicited sexual content or scams; encourage dangerous behavior; or disclose someone’s private information. Do not use the service for spam, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, access-control bypass, malicious software or attacks on availability.
Meet other members thoughtfully. YavaFit does not verify every person’s identity, qualifications or statements and does not supervise offline meetings. Follow the Community guidelines when posting or connecting.
6. Service, videos and pricing
We provide accounts, training plans, workout tracking, progress photos and community features as they are available. Features and plan content can change; outages or errors can occur. Keep your own copy of information important to you.
The current service is free and does not collect payment details. If paid features are introduced, pricing, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before you are asked to purchase. These terms do not authorize automatic charges.
Videos, external links and third-party services are provided by their respective operators. They may be unavailable, change, display advertising or have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party content or websites.
7. YavaFit materials
The app, its design, branding, and materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them for personal use of the service. Do not sell, redistribute or misrepresent our materials as your own, except where permission or applicable law allows it. Third-party videos and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
8. Leaving or losing access
You can stop using YavaFit at any time. Signing out ends your session; it does not close or delete your account. For an account closure or data request, use Help & support. Self-service account deletion is not currently available.
We may restrict content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address breaches of these terms, security risks or legal obligations. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to raise a concern. Urgent safety or legal issues may require immediate action.
Some records may need to be retained after account closure for the reasons described in our Privacy policy. Existing legal rights and obligations continue where their nature requires it.
9. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every individual. You are responsible for choosing how to exercise and what to share.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Nothing takes away mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
Applicable law determines your rights, remedies and the courts you may use. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a foreign court that overrides rights you have under local law.
10. Updates and contact
The date above identifies this version. We may revise these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be brought to your attention appropriately, and any agreement required by law will be requested. If you do not accept revised terms, you can stop using the service and request account closure.
